Stylish. Distinctive. Agile. The new BMW F 800 R is all this and more. The only thing it isn't is conventional. It's radical design promises something different from the norm. And the ride more than delivers. With rapid acceleration allied to remarkable manoeuvrability, you'll be king of the urban jungle. The new F800 R is radically different and yet every inch a BMW. The state-of-the-art parallel twin engine with electronic fuel injection develops87 horsepower from it's 798 cc, not to mention a mighty86 Newton-metres of torque. And with the Akrapovic sport silencer retrofitted, its sound is every bit as impressive as its performance. The 320-millimetre Brembo double disc brake at the front ensures maximum stopping power, while optional BMW Motorrad ABS and TPC tyre Pressure control further enhance safety. The bike is also highly manoeuvrable, thanks in part to the use of lightweight aluminium in its rigid frame and dynamically styled double swing-arm, which helps keep it's dry weight down to just 182 kilograms.

Handling is incredibly precise, thanks to the excellence of the suspension set-up, and a fuel tank located under the seat for lower centre of gravity. And a wealth of design options, such a LED indicators, painted components and radiator trims, give it an even sportier look. It all adds up to a bike unlike anything else on the road - the new BMW F 800 R
